As a Senior Communications Strategist - Procurement Excellence at Tintschl AG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our Procurement organization. Reporting to the Transformation & Change Management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication formats to promote awareness, engagement, and motivation within our community of over 3,500 employees.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of communication strategies
  • Design and deploy engaging written and visual messaging to inspire and motivate employees
  • Support global transformational change initiatives, such as digitalization projects, to accelerate adoption and successful implementation
  • Develop and execute communication plans to increase adoption and best practices across the organization
  • Measure and analyze performance analytics to inform and improve communication efforts
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in communications, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc.) and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Your exceptional organization, project management, and communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations.

  • Bachelors degree in communications-related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc) is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience with relevant experience in communications, ideally with an interest in technology and innovation
  • Excellent organization, project management and communication skills
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with ability to tell a powerful story taking complex concepts and transforming them into easily digestible, engaging communications
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (incl. SharePoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
  • Experience in digital content creation (e. g. video creation) is preferred
  • Experience working in a global, complex organization is preferred
  • Experience/knowledge in Procurement area is a plus
