Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business and achieving sales targets in the Europe region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and government policy analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Partner with local staff to develop business strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and provide best-in-class sales service to clients.
  • Work with the Marketing team to support local marketing activities, such as product launches and exhibitions.
  • Prepare sales reports for sales forecasting and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in the solar industry.
  • Energetic professional with a strong ability to travel (50% or above per year).
  • Good communication skills with fluent English and German/Dutch/Polish/French.
  • Knowledge of Power Products like UPS, Inverters, Solar Batteries, or Solar Panels.
