Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at BLUETTI. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners in the assigned territory (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).

Key Responsibilities

  • Home Energy Storage: Develop and manage distribution channels/installer networks in the assigned region.
  • Small-Sized Energy Storage: Maintain existing partners and customers, develop new sales channels opportunities.
  • Business Development: Develop business plans to meet sales targets and company objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with teams and provide support at all stages to maintain relationships with partners as a regional manager.
  • Market Analysis: Follow-up on industry trends and customer needs. Forecast and deliver necessary suggestions on product optimization and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Background or experience in electrical or photovoltaic energy storage industry is preferred.
  • Good command of English and German.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented, ambitious, and able to work independently.
  • Hold a valid German driving license.
  • Experience in working with local retailers is an advantage.
