Domain Sales Manager

Frequentis Comsoft is a leading provider of tailored solutions for global air traffic control authorities. As a Domain Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales activities and delivering order intake targets.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively drive sales activities with Regional Sales Units to achieve order intake targets
- Design and implement strategic sales plans for key markets and target accounts
- Capture and close deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support from bid managers, Product Manager, and engineering
- Understand customers' commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities with support from Solutions Consultants
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with customers, local partners, and other key stakeholders in the aviation community
- Maintain up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and report to relevant internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company processes and policies
- Willingness to travel worldwide (30%)
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing & Sales
- 3 years of experience in complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense, or public infrastructure
- Outstanding customer relationship skills
- Demonstrated track record as a negotiator and deal closer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations
- Profound knowledge of the global ATM and surveillance market
