Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager Campaign Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for the complete marketing cycle from concept to implementation and performance evaluation of various high-volume B2C advertising materials and cross-channel campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- You will calculate media values and create assumption-based business cases for a portfolio of PAYBACK partners.
- You will derive optimization potentials for partners from performance metrics to enhance performance.
- You will master goal-oriented project management of cross-functional teams for the successful implementation of innovative marketing concepts and/or new partner integrations.
- You will be an expert in creating management-suitable presentations and can deliver them appropriately in front of various stakeholders.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled marketing professional with a strong background in B2C marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies. You should have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in marketing (B2C) or related areas on the company side, preferably from the retail or FMCG sector.
Requirements
- You have a strong understanding of marketing channels, including offline, online, and mobile.
- You have experience in managing agencies and interfaces.
- You possess strong creative and conceptual skills and quickly and effectively anticipate complex issues.
- You have hands-on mentality and presentation strength.
- You are familiar with KPIs, CPO, TKP, and Customer Journey.
- You have analytical skills.
