Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives for various PAYBACK partners, with a primary focus on retail.
  • Implement targeted customer communications aligned with defined processes, emphasizing print mailings, newsletter campaigns, and onsite & mobile advertising materials.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns with internal teams and external partners, including agencies.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of campaigns, regularly identifying optimization opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Develop sales-supporting documents and deliver presentations, including to partners.

Your Qualifications

  • A university degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in direct marketing (offline, online, mobile) within a corporate environment, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Proficient in project and process management, with experience in the conception and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • A proactive approach with strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing agencies and external interfaces.
  • Familiarity with KPIs, CPO, CPM, and customer journey concepts.
  • A strong communicator who is results-oriented and demonstrates initiative.
  • Creative, organized, assertive, and structured in your work approach.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
