Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the formulation of innovative sales strategies for green hydrogen derived from advanced H2 initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the hydrogen energy sector, including potential clients and strategic alliances.
- Coordinate and engage in the development of H2 business agreements and letters of intent.
- Assist in enhancing new product features based on market insights, in collaboration with the team.
- Analyze and refine business cases for hydrogen, incorporating feedback from various departments (technical, market, legal, regulatory, etc.).
- Provide consultancy to prospective clients and gather insights on our offerings.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations on our products for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in product development, sales strategy formulation, and/or business growth.
- Proven expertise in conceptualizing new business ideas and negotiating customer contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to merge diverse customer needs and market trends into valuable business opportunities.
- Ideally, substantial knowledge and a robust network in industries such as steel, refining, chemicals, ceramics, or strong sales experience (e.g., natural gas, technical sales).
- Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
