Product Developer Hydrogen

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Developer to join our Hydrogen Business Development team at Uniper. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative sales strategies for green hydrogen from advanced H2 projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies for green hydrogen from advanced H2 projects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hydrogen energy market, including potential customers and strategic partners
- Coordinate and participate in the creation of H2 business contracts and letters of intent
- Support the development of new product features based on market feedback, together with the team
- Question and optimize business cases for hydrogen with input from various teams (technical, market-related, legal, approval-related, regulatory, etc.)
- Advise potential customers and obtain feedback on our solutions
- Conduct training and presentations on our products, both internally and externally
- Degree in business administration or economics, engineering or industrial engineering or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the development of new products, sales strategies and/or business development
- Experience in the conceptual development of new business ideas as well as knowledge of negotiating and drafting customer contracts
- Strong communicator who can successfully interact both internally and with customers across all levels
- Entrepreneurial personality with the ability to combine different customer needs and market developments into new, value-adding business opportunities
- At best, strong expertise and an extensive network in one or more of the following industries: steel, refineries, chemicals, glass/ceramics or strong sales experience (e.g. natural gas, technical sales)
- Fluency in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
