About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key players, trends, and opportunities in the target markets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
  • Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions that highlight the advantages of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Simark Controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets.
  • Strong understanding of fuel cell technologies, especially DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cells.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a home office environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
