Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge in driving sales growth in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic markets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market dynamics, and developing a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the target markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic sectors.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the target markets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets.
- Strong understanding of fuel cell technologies, especially DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cells.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a home office environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
