Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Assistant (m/f/d) with additional responsibilities in our Purchasing Department to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong service orientation, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area as the first point of contact for visitors, business partners, and employees.
  • Process and forward mail, letters, and phone calls.
  • Plan and organize meetings and events.
  • Prepare and equip conference rooms.
  • Process travel expense reports and fleet management.
  • Provide administrative support in the field of HSE.
  • Manage analog and digital filing systems.
  • Support purchasing processes and supplier management.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory. French skills are a bonus.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications and experience with SAP is an advantage.
