Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager - Sales Enablement ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales processes, optimizing efficiency, and driving revenue growth through strategic analysis and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency, assess and suggest sales technology solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- CRM Management: Supervise the implementation and upkeep of our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and uphold precise sales forecasts to guide strategic decision-making, generate and update regular sales reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
- Strategic Analysis: Partner with our Head of Growth to build and execute a comprehensive sales technology strategy and governance program that aligns with the company's long-term goals, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience with sales forecasting and CRM management, including with Hubspot.
- Results-driven and thrive in a startup environment, with an understanding of core business priorities and KPIs to achieve.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working in a remote-first environment with a distributed team.
