Revenue Operations Manager

Atlas Metrics, a frontrunner in the analytics sector, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to enhance their innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on refining sales methodologies, boosting revenue streams, and directing the execution of a holistic sales technology framework. This position offers a remarkable chance to contribute significantly within a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision: Partner with the Growth Director to formulate and implement a comprehensive sales technology strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives.
  • Optimization of Sales Processes: Enhance sales workflows and propose technological solutions to increase operational efficiency and support data-informed decision-making.
  • CRM Oversight: Manage the CRM platform to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
  • Forecasting and Analytics: Develop accurate sales forecasts and produce regular analytical reports to monitor essential performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales operations within a SaaS context.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in data interpretation, sales forecasting, and CRM oversight.
  • Innovative Mindset: Results-oriented, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication abilities and experience managing remote teams.

Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German is advantageous.
