Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Revenue Operations Manager, der unsere Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten unterstützt und unsere Revenue Operations optimiert. Als Teil unseres Sales Teams trägt der Revenue Operations Manager maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Sales- und Marketingteams bei und ermöglicht das ambitionierte Wachstum von StackFuel.

Aufgabenbereiche:
  • Optimierung der Revenue Operations: Koordination und Integration von Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten, um die Revenue Operations (RevOps) zu optimieren und das Unternehmenswachstum zu fördern
  • Verbesserung der Effizienz und Effektivität: Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Anpassung von CRM-Workflows und -Prozessen, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten zu verbessern
  • Optimierung unseres Tools: Optimierung des CRM-Systems, einschließlich Datenpflege, Segmentation und Analyse von Kundendaten
  • Analyse und Berichte: Analyse von Vertriebs- und Kundendaten, um wertvolle Erkenntnisse und Berichte für das Management und die Vertriebsteams bereitzustellen
  • Identifikation & Überblick: Erkennen und Lösen von Herausforderungen und Problemen innerhalb des Revenue Operations-Prozesses
  • Digitalisierung und Automatisierung: Unterstützung des Sales Teams beim Aufbau unseres CRM sowie der kontinuierlichen Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Prozesse
  • Unterstützung & Optimierung: Unterstützung des Customer Success Teams bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse im Onboarding von Neukunden
Voraussetzungen:
  • Kaufmännische oder äquivalente Ausbildung: Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Datenkompetenz und Datenanalyse: Hohe Datenkompetenz, sowie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Daten, Datenbanken und Datenanalyse
  • Technisches Verständnis und Teamarbeit: Verständnis für technische Prozesse und die Fähigkeit, mit technischen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Kommunikation und Informationsvermittlung: Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, um mit Vertriebs- und Marketingteams zu interagieren sowie komplexe Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Ausstrahlung: Eine offene Persönlichkeit und positive Ausstrahlung
  • Verantwortung und Kommunikationsfähkeiten: Übernahme von Verantwortung, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (C1) sowie effektives Zeitmanagement
