The Team:
The Product Operations team is an integral part of our Product & Engineering division, reporting directly to the Product Chief Operating Officer. Our primary goal is to facilitate the scalability of our product management function. We achieve this by implementing consistent cross-functional practices and frameworks, such as roadmap planning, product launches, and feature requests. Additionally, we execute programs and projects that empower product managers to manage their responsibilities efficiently while aggregating valuable business, customer, and market insights.
The Role:
This position focuses on integrating product analytics within the product organization, significantly influencing how product teams leverage quantitative insights in their daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in fostering analytical rigor within the product organization, which will have a lasting impact across Celonis. Collaborating with an experienced analytics team in the engineering division, you will help manage product signals and drive a focus on business metrics throughout the Product & Engineering organization.

Initiate analytics processes within product teams and assist them in developing their analytics capabilities. Implement enhancements for existing analytics assets. Collaborate with product managers to ensure accurate analytics signals are collected. Stay informed about new features and ensure they are reflected in our adoption metrics. Maintain the product hierarchy effectively. Establish a process for gathering analytics requirements throughout the product development lifecycle. Create a robust feedback loop between the product organization and the analytics team for requirements gathering.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global team environment. At least 1 year of experience in product management or related domains. Over 2 years of experience in program or project management. Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines, preferably in a software context. Demonstrated operational rigor and a successful track record in cross-functional project management. Familiarity with analytics work, ideally with hands-on experience using Celonis software or similar tools. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.Desired Soft Skills:
