Your Role

We are seeking a highly experienced VP Product Leader to drive our product vision and lead our revolution in early childhood education on a global scale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a product strategy that boosts Edurino's growth and continues to redefine learning for the next generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set an innovative product vision that challenges the way we think about learning and positions Edurino as a global leader in educational games for kids.
  • Lead innovation by creating immersive and engaging features that seamlessly blend play and learning, using next-gen tech to deliver personalized, meaningful educational experiences.
  • Build a world-class product division, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence that delivers impactful, scalable gaming experiences while maintaining the highest standards of educational quality.
  • Shape the future of learning globally, supporting Edurino's expansion into international markets and ensuring our products resonate culturally and educationally in every region.
  • Build, inspire, and guide a talented team, encouraging them to push boundaries and build products that truly redefine how kids learn through play, while creating structures that allow us to keep growing.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of 8+ years in product leadership, with a minimum of 4 years in senior roles (VP, Director, or equivalent), demonstrating exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Expertise in scaling game-changing digital products (DTC), with a proven ability to lead product growth and innovation.
  • Experience in gaming, kids' products, or EdTech is a plus, but what truly matters is your ability to drive innovation and deliver results.
  • Passionate about customer obsession, taking the Edurino experience to the next level for families and the needs of our young learners.
  • Are a proactive communicator, fluent in English, thriving in a dynamic, globally diverse team.

How to Apply

We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.

Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.

We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.

You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending on the position, we will now ask you for some references.

After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay
