About the Role

As VP Product at Edurino, you will be responsible for driving the company's product vision and strategy, leading the development of innovative digital products that deliver educational impact and bring joy to families worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set a compelling product vision that positions Edurino as a global leader in educational games for kids.
  • Lead innovation by creating immersive and engaging features that blend play and learning, using next-generation technology to deliver personalized and meaningful educational experiences.
  • Build a world-class product division, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence that delivers impactful and scalable gaming experiences while maintaining the highest standards of educational quality.
  • Shape the future of learning globally, supporting Edurino's expansion into international markets and ensuring our products resonate culturally and educationally in every region.
  • Build, inspire, and guide a talented team, encouraging them to push boundaries and build products that redefine how kids learn through play.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of 8+ years in product leadership, with a minimum of 4 years in senior roles (VP, Director, or equivalent), demonstrating exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Expertise in scaling game-changing digital products (DTC), with a proven ability to lead product growth and innovation.
  • Experience in gaming, kids' products, or EdTech is a plus, but what truly matters is your ability to drive innovation and deliver results.
  • Passionate about customer obsession, taking the Edurino experience to the next level for families and the needs of our young learners.
  • Are a proactive communicator, fluent in English, thriving in a dynamic, globally diverse team.
