Operations Manager and Strategic Product Development Lead

We're seeking a talented Operations Manager and Strategic Product Development professional to join our team. As a key member, you'll collaborate with our cross-functional and agile teams to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Ensure seamless operations of PAYBACK PAY in collaboration with the Tech Team and payment service provider.
  • Identify and implement improvement potentials based on system performance metrics.
  • Manage service partners and act as a point of contact for internal and external interfaces.
  • Handle exceptions related to merchants and service partners.
  • Maintain system and process documentation.
  • Support and optimize system reporting.

Strategic Product Development:

  • Develop PAYBACK PAY in collaboration with PAY Product Management and the Business Team.
  • Lead projects related to the further development of PAYBACK PAY.
  • Involve service partners in development projects and manage them.
  • Monitor and analyze the payment and mobile payment market.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the payment market, processes, and systems.
  • Strong business or technical acumen.
  • Experience in reporting and quality management.
  • Proven track record in managing internal and external service providers.
  • Solution-oriented and strong in communication and assertiveness.
  • Empathetic and enjoy working with people.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English.
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration.
