Sales Process Specialist

Today, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our European HQ team as an Inside Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for direct communication with customers, handling sales orders, and managing delivery and price updates.
Key Responsibilities- Direct communication with customers via email, messenger, and phone for all business inquiries
- Handling sales orders and backlog management
- Manage delivery and regular price updates
- Prepare RMA – Credit-/Debit notes
- Registration of customer part numbers
- Manage demand forecast
- Follow up internal sales process in SAP
- Coordination of monthly sales goals in a team environment
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar field
- Strong handling of common MS Office Excel and MS Office programs
- Structured, responsible, independent, and proactive way of working
- Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer service, and solution-oriented appearance
- Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written
- SAP experience
