Sales Support Specialist - m/w/d

für den Standort München

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Sales Manager im Tagesgeschäft
  • Koordination von Gruppenaufträgen und -verträgen
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebspartner bei Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Administrative Organisation, Rechnungsprüfung, regelmäßige Überprüfung der Marketingaktionen und Überprüfung der eingesetzten Werbekostenzuschüsse sowie Ergebniskontrolle
  • Aufbereitung und Koordination von Kulanzanfragen und Eskalationsfällen vor Reiseantritt.
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebspartner zu den Themen „MSC Book“ Buchungstool, XML und Flatfile
  • Schnittstelle zwischen den Vertriebspartnern und den einzelnen Abteilungen zur effektiven und lösungsorientierten Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Reisebüromessen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene touristische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, alternativ Studium mit touristischem Hintergrund
  • Affinität für Onlinevertrieb und digitale Vermarktungsformate
  • Hohe Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
