Our integrated model combines R&D, marketing, design, production, supply chain, distribution, and technology. We have successfully launched 10 brands and 150 products in the areas of Home & Garden, Beauty & Wellness, and Pet Care. We sell through Amazon, DTC and Retail channels. Our team consists of 60 consumer goods experts and is based in Hamburg, where our production facility is also located. VIVERE is becoming a key player in FMCG in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

Are you ready to help shape the future of VIVERE and ensure regulatory compliance in our markets? Then we are looking for you as a Mandatory Regulatory Affairs Intern (f/m/x) in our dynamic international team in Hamburg.

Tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions for new products in accordance with EU REACH/BPR/Cosmetic regulations.
  • Investigate regulatory requirements for various markets.
  • Prepare and review SDS, PIF, and product labeling for EU and US markets.
  • Support the maintenance of regulatory files and documentation.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and product information for compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are met by liaising with other departments.
Requirements
  • Mandatory internship for Bachelor's or Master's students in Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or any related field.
  • Knowledge or theoretical understanding of REACH, cosmetics, and BPR.
  • Experience in the preparation of SDS and other safety and compliance topics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about the regulatory field.
  • Very good team player who also enjoys working independently.
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany and are currently studying in Germany.
