**Key Responsibilities**:
ALSTOM management Manuals, like commercial: “Manage Customer Relationship”, “Manage opportunities” or tender process related “Project Management Manual” are core company processes. The Sales Management Office Manager is responsible for:

- Ensuring that the latest processes and associated method & tools are well known and correctly applied in Sales & Tender D&IS DACH team reflecting the company’s strategic objectives, organization, ways of working and values. Support the teams in the effective deployment.
- Ensuring that within the Sales & Tender department processes are applied which supports the team’s efficiency and success.

**Sales Management Office - Management**
- Lead MBR Preparation (focus Commercial Part) - once per month and ensure level of quality & content as input for D&IS DACH MBR
- Participate to Weekly Sales & Tender Management Team (and extended team) and ensure preparation, follow-up, minutes, actions, trainings/participants....
- Ensure CSP Task Force & AIM Task closing within Sales & Tender Team
- Animate Task Force Management in Sales & Tender Team
- Establish Department DoA & PoA process in DACH context
- Establish Sales / Biz.Dev. Dashboard, incl. KPI Reporting
- Department Shared Drive Master
- Manage team sourcing processes (BWA/BANF/LERBS, e.g VDB, event Agentur, study, film production.)

**Sales Management Office - Support to Business Development**:

- Support upon request Communication/Marketing elements: e.g. Webinar / Customer Event / Forums / Events / App / Brochure
- Governance quartely Event Participation in D&IS DACH
- Governance Fachartikel S&D, EI, ETR process
- Support in Market Surveys
- Support Marketing Carrousel Preparation

**Sales Management Office - Support to Tender Leader**
- Responsible for Prequalifications
- Manage Contract signatures / Finalisations / shipping
- Manage by process DB Vergabeportal access and RFQ distribution
- Manage EU Amtsblatt screening and distribution
- Support offer deliverables (translations, reviews.., Preistabellen )
- Provide governance process support (TRF, preparation WNG )
- Responsible for Tender Calendar and preparation/review cycle with Team Leads
- Ensure data quality „Angebotsdatenbank“ in alignment with Bid Director
- Establish a Tender Budget “Budget” allocation with Finance and review of consumption with Bid Department
- Ensure Wall-C Data Quality by process and updated 3 YP, simulation of Landing and preparation commercial carrousel
- Ensure opportunity visibility for On-Board New-Built with Rolling Stock
- Ensure that Capture Plans are prepared, frequently updated and support Tender Leader in preparation
- Implement On-Board “Call Center Tasks” - incl. KPI monitoring
- Collect systematic REX and ensure systematic sharing and implementation/treatment of concrete improvements actions

**Sales Management Office - Support to Customer Key Account**
- Provide regularly MBR commercial consolidation
- Support CSS - Customer Satisfaction Survey

Support standard correspondence (company name changes (Umfirmierungen) etc.)
