In the department of CD&D in Heidelberg

**Your Role**
- You develop innovative concepts and recipes for semi-finished and finished products for our national and international customers in the beverage sector
- You prepare samples for tastings
- You take over the independent processing of customer briefings and accompany the process from the product idea to the final production
- You manage projects and interact with internal stakeholders (marketing, R&D, sales, production, quality assurance, etc.)
- You qualify beverages according to their sensory and physical properties
- You act as a technical contact for customers and sales and you look after one or more customers on your on responsibility on behalf of CD&D
- You take part in customer meetings and prepare the necessary technical presentations for them
- You ensure adequate product documentation and data evaluation
- You actively participate in strategy development for different product groups and regions
- You take over the processing and further development of focus topics in close cooperation with other development groups and adjacent departments

**Your Profile**
- You have a successfully completed degree in the field of beverage or food technology or comparable training
- You have gained first practical experience in product development of beverages, as well as in innovation and project management
- You have a keen interest in product development and food trends and also like to try something new
- You have a passion and technical understanding for complex product development processes, as well as a strong problem-solving ability
- You are not afraid of innovation, you are always generating new ideas and you are not afraid to go different ways
- You like to show initiative and are able to work under pressure
- You are open to new agile working methods, and flexible and self-organized working is a matter of course for you
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy building partnerships as well as cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
- You know the current IT programs and have a certain IT affinity
- You speak very good English and have a good command of German
- You have a valid European work permit
