Product Marketing Manager

We are in search of a dynamic Product Marketing Manager for our cutting-edge products and solutions. This role demands a blend of technical understanding and marketing prowess to effectively communicate the value of our products to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, translating complex technical features into compelling benefits that resonate with our target markets.
Your responsibilities- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with the product management team to deeply understand product features, roadmaps, and user personas.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including planning, messaging, and channel strategies to achieve product adoption and sales goals.
- Design and develop impactful marketing materials, including sales collateral, website content, case studies, and product videos, to articulate product benefits and features.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using this data to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to enable them with the necessary tools, materials, and training to effectively sell and support our products.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive product adoption, and increase customer engagement.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration within the company to ensure a cohesive approach to product marketing.
As a passionate marketer, you will share our story with the world to drive our mission forward. You will be an early member of the marketing team and will play a critical role in inspiring, informing, and delighting audiences of all levels as they discover and use Aleph Alpha's technology and products.
- 4+ years of experience working in product marketing or an adjacent function
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to distill technical product capabilities into benefits for an organization
- Experience in speaking with enterprise, or government customers
- A proven track record of marketing to technical audiences and working closely with Sales teams
- Experience working (e.g., briefing, cooperating) with partners such as freelancers or agencies
- Experience in SEO
- Experience working at a startup in an early growth phase, preferably in machine learning
- Proficiency in German
