Job Description
Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of the development of innovative products in the fruit preparation segment from the product idea to production according to customer and ADM requirements such as quality, safety, productivity, effectiveness and timelines Responsibility of at least one international focus account Direct contact and consult for customers and sales on technical topics Management and support of cross-functional teams and projects to achieve customer and business goals Distinct customer focus with a high degree of customer contact including customer visits and presentations and proactive development of customer-related innovations Development of strategies to expand customer relationships together with sales Cross business developments within the customer teams Independent planning, coordination and organization of innovation and product adaptation projects including documentation and evaluation Recipe and raw material management for quality assurance as well as standardization and strategic expansion of the product portfolio Responsibility for compliance with defined internal and legal requirements and guidelines on quality, hygiene, environmental protection, work and food safety Solid technical knowledge of product processing, ingredients and interaction of ingredients, as well as independent and constant knowledge building Transfer of knowledge and experience to other sub-areas Self-responsible coordination and prioritization of own tasks in order to meet requirements with higher priority Profile: University degree in food or beverage technology or comparable training Several years of professional experience in the food/beverage industry, ideally trained in the development of fruit preparations Experience in leading key account activities Experience in non-disciplinary leadership and motivation of employees Experience in innovation and project management In-depth technical knowledge and understanding High level of initiative and resilience High social skills, service orientation and communication skills Solution- and result-focused Able to build extensive cross-divisional and cross-functional networks within the organization Very good English, French and/or German is a plus Willingness to travel internationally Our Offer: Challenging tasks, short decision-making processes and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time models Room for innovative thinking and growth with the possibility to manage your own career path.
