**All about the role**
Just Eat Takeaway is looking for a UX Researcher to join its growing Customer Research Team. We are looking to create inclusive experiences and as a UX Researcher you are passionate about accessibility and inclusive research. This role is within the Customer pillar to identify key areas where research can help. You'll be proactive at driving research to influence and inform future product opportunities. You'll be working with a wide range of stakeholders within our business, from designers, product managers, call centre managers, analysts and engineers. You'll have the opportunity to work independently as well as collaborate with other UX Researchers. You'll be working in a fast-paced product and design team and will need to deliver rapid design research feedback, as well as generative research.

**As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to**:

- Identify research opportunities from stakeholders and prioritise them with support from the Customer Research Team Lead
- Plan and run research effectively to informs decision making
- Proactively partner with Insights and Data analytics to get the full picture of insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research, and proactively share the insights of the research to relevant audiences, and using the right forums
- Partner with teams to ensure the research is used, and track the impact of your research
- Identify new opportunities where research could help
- Identify and contribute to team initiatives within our Global UX and UXR teams beyond just the Customer pillar
- Seek opportunities to learn as well as mentor others

**Can you deliver**

**Here's what we're looking for from our UX Researcher expert**
- Experience in UX Research roles - or equivalent experience
- Skilled in turning (sometimes ambiguous) research needs into clear and compelling questions, activities, & outcomes
- The ability to develop creative and flexible research plans using effective qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
- Can synthesise learnings into clear, compelling stories that impact the people and work around you
- Ability to develop trusting, collaborative, and productive relationships with stakeholders - who look to you as a true partner
- A growth-oriented outlook, with a desire to learn and improve both yourself and the people and teams around you
- Fluent German( or Dutch) speaker and able to conduct moderated research, write surveys and interpret responses in German (in addition to English). Any other languages is a bonus - since we are a global company.
