The UX team at Eigensonne, which will include you as the **UX Researcher** (M/F/d) will be constantly thinking about new ways to resolve, improve and go beyond this process by constantly challenging the status quo and adding value at every step of our end to end projects.

The unique thing about our UX team is that we can use their UX skills to tackle the most important topic of our generation - renewable energy in the era of climate change. Our UX colleagues have a direct impact on what the company is doing, and the company has a direct impact on the topic; essentially our work does have a direct impact.

You can do your job in the office or hybrid from Berlin or remotely from anywhere in Italy & Germany.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- As part of the UX team, you consider which research methods can be used to gain specific insights into UX issues and derive recommendations for action from them.
- You are responsible for the conception and organisation of various types of tests as well as their evaluation, documentation and subsequent review and optimisation cycles.
- Look for innovative ways to develop the way research is conducted at EIGENSONNE, drawing on your experiences and learning from the industry.
- You work closely in cross-functional teams to ensure the best UX processes across the company and its value chain.

**Your profile**:

- You have 3 years of experience as a UX researcher in a fast growing environment.
- Experience defining and executing user research methods appropriate to the questions at hand, including but not limited to field research, surveys, lab studies, remote testing, and A-B tests.
- Knowledge of statistics and the principles of UX design.
- You are used to work with common web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), Testing tools (eg. Google Optimize) and SEO tools (e.g. ahrefs).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language
- Proficiency in the German language is a nice to have
