Delivery Executive

As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for Service and Programme Delivery. You are expected to perform the following tasks to a high standard, taking ownership and leadership to optimise business performance and secure profitable outcomes.

**What you will be doing**:

- Understand business drivers and programme or service nuances relevant to the sector, customers, and key offerings
- Support sales campaigns by demonstrating delivery capability, promoting Sopra Steria's IT outsourcing services, and building relationships for sales opportunities
- Lead business development efforts, including solution design, delivery shaping, and business case creation
- Ensure programmes, projects, and services are delivered on time, meeting customer expectations and commercial requirements
- Align team members with customer quality standards, ensuring commitment to delivery expectations
- Manage stakeholders’ awareness of project progress, critical paths, risks, and issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions
- Promote Sopra Steria's full product range, maximising sales opportunities through customer meetings and presentations
- Manage an extended delivery team, setting objectives and supporting team development and success
- Handle day-to-day management and performance assessments of team members
- Build strong relationships with customer teams, engaging in their governance processes and managing stakeholders effectively
- Collaborate with customers on strategic service direction and respond to tactical or urgent operational needs
- Continuously improve Sopra Steria’s management processes by enhancing team skills and learning from projects
- Contribute to the growth of Sopra Steria's Service Management and Programme/Project Management communities

- Budget track record
- Understand service delivery models
- Experience of SLA reporting and Key performance Indicators
- Experience in contract management
