**IHR AUFGABENGEBIET**:

- Coordination with the production and safety entities of all maintenance activities on the site to ensure a world class level of efficiency and effectiveness
- While supporting site/function teams and reporting to senior management, the position will ensure the successful delivery of CAPEX projects through monitoring and challenging project deliverables and at the same time
- The position (Leuna site) will work closely together with the Capex Excellence Manager to develop best practice program/project governance and ways of working to help improve returns and project performance. At the same time the position owner will also work together with the Maintenance & Turnaround Excellence Manager to develop standardized maintenance programs
- Lead and manage maintenance processes in a safe and cost effective manner
- Optimize on short and long-term maintenance and reliability performance including developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs and reliability programs & plans
- Focus on continuously driving and executing maintenance process improvements
- Set objectives/targets for maintenance and engineering performance through establishing KPls
- Ensure consistent, widespread use of best practices within Maintenance and Engineering in close cooperation with Maintenance & Turnaround Excellence Manager
- Administer and monitor contracts with contractors and service providers
- Establish requirements on competencies, thus ensuring that all staff are properly trained and prepared for their tasks
- Lead the development of the department annual budgeting process and continuously monitor performance versus budget; taking necessary actions to achieve committed results
- Define priorities for bad actor elimination (reliability and cost reduction process)
- Build a reliability and progress monitoring and reporting system for the implementation of the reliability plan and conducting systematic and disciplined performance reviews
- Elaborate the 5 year’s investment plan for the site taking into account the strategic projects and the sustainable development objectives
- Follow up of the investment budget and ensure reporting in collaboration with the site manager and site finance

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Degree in Engineering or similar relevant field
- Proven track record of successful Project Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment and integration in a maintenance organisation
- Proven knowledge of CAPEX project management tools
- Proven expertise in value challenge methodology
- A strong understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle
- Financial management skills and experience
- High skills and competency in project management tools and activities (process, organization, cost, change control, time, schedule, procurement, commissioning, qualification/validation)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels
- Attention to details
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to organize and lead teams to achieve objectives
