Key Responsibilities- Process customer quotes, orders, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare cost estimates and offers independently, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Determine customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery commitments.
- Organize transportation of machines to the service center.
- Post-process and translate repair finding reports.
- Support project preparation and execution for pump repairs and upgrades.
- Provide technical and commercial customer support in German and English.
- Conduct technical and commercial customer visits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Technical studies (Bachelor or Master) or mechanical engineering technician (Techniker Maschinenbau), Bachelor Professional of Technical Management (Technischer Fachwirt oder Betriebswirt), no professional experience is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken German.
- Good written and spoken English knowledge.
- Good computer skills in common MS Office applications.
- Strong and friendly communication and team skills.
- Independent and reliable worker.
- Affinity for both technical and commercial areas.
- Willingness to perform and adapt to changing priorities.
- An indefinite employment contract.
