Am **Airbus Helicopters **-Standort in **Donauwörth **suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n **Cost Controller (m/w/d) **für unsere Direktion Finanzen bzw. unser Finanzteam "Support and Services".
Sie sind Teil des Maintenance, Repair and Operations
- (MRO-) und Military Support Center France
- (MSCF-) Controllingteams.
Sie unterstützen das MRO-Geschäft bei allen **Kosten
- und WiP-Managementaktivitäten **mit allen relevanten Interessengruppen (Vertragsmanager, Produktion, Vertragsverwaltung,...).
**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns**:
Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind die Überwachung der MRO-Kostenbasis, der Stundensätze, der Fixkosten, der ODC und der Vorräte entlang der Finanzprozesse (Abschluss und Berichterstattung, Prognose, OP). Sowie die Unterstützung Ihrer Geschäftspartner beim Verständnis der Leistung und die Unterstützung von Verbesserungsplänen und Entscheidungsfindung.
- Erstellung der Geschäftsplanung sowie des Forecasts innerhalb des laufenden Jahres
- Vertragsabwicklung inklusive Einhaltung der Vorgaben durch Zoll, Steuern und Buchhaltung
- Finanzielle Vertragsverhandlungen mit Partnern
- Erstellung von monatlichen Berichten und Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen
- Erstellung und Koordination von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Vorbereitung relevanter Dokumentationen für Wirtschaftsprüfer inklusive Rückstellungen
- Erstellung und Koordination von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
- Financial Claim und Risk Management
**Folgende Qualifikationen/ Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit**:
- Erfolgreich **abgeschlossenes Studium **(Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar)
- **Erste Erfahrung im Finanzbereich **(Industrie
- oder Programm-Controlling)
- Kenntnisse im **Projekt-/Programm-Management**
- Ausgeprägte **Business Partner-Eigenschaft **und **kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise**
- **IT-Kenntnisse **(SAP, Datenbanken)
- **Sprachkenntnisse**: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, Französisch ist ein Plus
