- Schnittstelle zu Risikocontrolling und Aufsicht
- Koordination des Planungsprozesses im Rahmen der strategischen und operativen Unternehmens-Planung
- Konzeption sowie Ermittlung der wesentlichen Plan-Prämissen im Sinne der Unternehmensstrategie im Planungstool, selbständige Plausibilisierung der Berechnungen und Überführung in Plan-Ergebnisse
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung einer empfängerorientierten Berichterstattung, Integration von Bestand
- und Absatzgrößen sowie Profitabilität
- Regelmäßiges Ergebnis-Forecasting in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und selbständige Analyse sowie Erarbeitung von Ableitungen auf die Ergebnissteuerung
- Unterstützung der Bereiche bei der Kosten-/Budgetsteuerung
Erstellung und Bewertung von Kalkulationen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen (Business Cases)
- Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen der Unternehmenssteuerung
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Rahmen von controllingrelevanten und/oder bereichsübergreifenden Themen
- Mitarbeit am Jahresabschluss
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Finanzen bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, idealerweise im Bankenumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Business Intelligence Systemen und -datenbanken, der Produkte von Microsoft Office (v.a. Excel) sowie von Buchhaltungssystemen (z.B. Business Central)
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
