einer gemeinsamen Berufung zu Bewerbungen für die Position eines/r

Professors/in in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (W2)

mit gleichzeitiger Ernennung als

stellv. Abteilungsleiter/in der Abteilung Gesetzgebung, Regulierung und Faktor
- märkte am IWH

ein. Die Besetzung soll zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt erfolgen.

Das IWH ist eines von sieben Wirtschaftsforschungsinstituten der Leibniz-Gemein
- schaft und forscht insbesondere zu Fragestellungen langfristiger Wachstumsprozesse

unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der effizienten Allokation von Arbeit und Kapital.

Die/Der erfolgreiche Kandidat/in bekleidet die Position des/der stellvertretenden Ab
- teilungsleiters/in der Abteilung Gesetzgebung, Regulierung und Faktormärkte, eine

von insgesamt vier Forschungsabteilungen am IWH. Sie/Er repräsentiert die For
- schung und Politikberatung der Abteilung gegenüber der wissenschaftlichen Gemein
- schaft, politischen Entscheidungsträgern und der Öffentlichkeit. Darüber hinaus trägt

sie/er aktiv zur Arbeit des Forschungsclusters “Decision Design” an der Fakultät bei.

Die Stelle ist mit einem reduzierten Lehrdeputat von 2 Semesterwochenstunden aus
- gestattet. Der/Die Kandidat/in:

- erfüllt die formalen Anforderungen nach - 35 des Landeshochschulgesetzes Sach
- sen-Anhalt,
- verfügt über profundes theoretisches und empirisches Wissen über das Verhalten

in Organisationen mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf dem Personalmanagement, z.

B. bezüglich der Auswirkungen nicht-monetärer Arbeitsanreize und Arbeitsplatz
- charakteristika auf die Attraktivität von Jobs, auf die Arbeitsleistung und (un-)

ethisches Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz, oder bzgl. der Rolle von Führungsverhalten,

insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der Digitalisierung,
- weist ein ausgezeichnetes und internationales Publikationsverzeichnis vor,
- verfolgt eine Forschungsagenda mit einem ausgeprägten empirischen und quan
- titativen Fokus, hauptsächlich basierend auf selbst erhobenen Daten durch die

Durchführung von Umfragen oder (Feld-) Experimenten,
- besitzt ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Bereich der ökonometrischen Methoden,

inklusive dem Umgang mit Experimental
- und Umfragedaten, welche durch her
- vorragende Lehre auf Bachelor-, Master
- und Doktorandenniveau unter Beweis

gestellt wurden,
- hat Erfahrung in der Leitung von Forschungsgruppen und in der Betreuung von

Doktoranden/innen samt Beiträgen zu strukturierten Doktorandenprogrammen,
- warb erfolgreich wettbewerblich vergebene Drittmittel von Forschungsgesell
- schaften wie der DFG oder dem European Research Council (ERC) ein, oder bemüht

sich aktiv um deren Einwerbung.

Die Ernennung erfolgt an der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität in Verbindung mit einer

unmittelbaren Beurlaubung zu Forschungszwecken an das IWH.
