- **Manage the entire pre sales lead qualification process to support our sales team**:

- **Research new prospects, build the pipeline of potential leads**:

- **Understand our potential customer’s existing pain points and processes regarding customer satisfaction management**:

- **Book sales meetings with qualified leads**:

- **Together with the sales team evaluate the approach to creating strong sales pipelines**

**_Qualifications _**:

- **University degree not required**:

- **> 1 year experience in sales or sales development**:

- **German speaking with strong verbal and written communication skills in English**:

- **Italian or Spanish Language Skills**:

- **Prior experience with SugarCRM, Hubspot and other prospecting tools**:

- **Technical understanding of SaaS products and business workflows**
