Wir suchen eine*n Head of Sales (w/m/d) in Vollzeit.
**WAS WIR UNS ERHOFFEN**:
- Du identifizierst den Bedarf sowie die Zahlungsbereitschaft in unserer europäischen Zielgruppe und entwickelst geeignete Vertriebsstrategien
- Du überführst die mit der Geschäftsleitung abgestimmten Vertriebsstrategien in eine operative Vertriebsplanung
- Du strukturierst und führst das Sales Team Hands-On bei der Umsetzung der geplanten Sales Kampagnen und Aktivitäten
Du betreust wichtige Key Targets in eigener Verantwortung
- Du arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kolleg:innen im Marketing, Solution Consulting sowie Projektmanagement zusammen, um Kunden weiter auszubauen und das Vertrauen in uns und unser Portfolio zu stärken
- Du kontrollierst regelmäßig den Vertriebserfolg des Teams und berichtest an die Geschäftsführung
**DAS BRINGST DU MIT****:
- Du hast langjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Software-Lösungen (SaaS)
- Du hast eine Affinität zu den neuesten Technologien und Markttrends aus dem Publisher Umfeld
- Du bringst eine hohe Selbstmotivation mit, bist hungrig nach Erfolg und schaffst es, Deine Gesprächspartner zu begeistern und gemeinsame Lösungen zu finden
- Du bist ein aufgeschlossener Teamplayer und authentische Führungspersönlichkeit
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Zeitmanagement, bist sehr organisiert und strukturiert
- Du bist sicher und versiert in der Anwendung der gängigen MS- Office-Programme und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Software (z.B. Pipedrive, Salesforce)
- Du hast sehr gute, verhandlungssichere Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
