**Specialist Process and Project Management Procurement Excellence (M/F/d)**
**Your job**:
- Responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the global purchasing process landscape including the methods and (IT) tools used in this context (SAP S4 HANA, ARIBA, RPA, Low-Code, among others)
- Steering of external implementation partners and functional reporting internal staff in the global network or in shared service centers
- Global contact and decision point for all process and system issues for the regions "Americas", "Asia-Pacific" and "Europe" in the area of responsibility
- Market monitoring for the development of state-of-the-art technologies for the automation and optimization of the purchasing world and related areas
- Contributing to the further optimization of the information structure and data transparency in purchasing
- Determining the maturity level of purchasing units, developing action plans to increase it, and supporting the implementation of these plans
- Development and implementation of global training concepts
**Your qualification**:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant and proven success in process optimization and efficiency improvement projects
- Several years of experience in the successful management of global (IT) projects
- Very good industry and process knowledge: Project management certification an advantage
- Fluent in business English, other foreign languages an advantage International experience desirable
- Very good analytical and holistic thinking and acting as well as strong problem solving skills
- Strong customer orientation, communication and team skills Very good SAP, SAP Ariba and MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel
