Expert Complaint Management Processes

In our globally positioned Governance Team "Corporate Quality Complaint Processes," we are responsible for the development, standardization, compliance, and improvement of processes related to the handling of customer complaints. As a business partner, the goal of the role is the central management of current and future IT tools in complaint management.
Your tasks:
Further development, coordination, and management of an international business partner network for IT tools in complaint management Active participation in the design and implementation of the customer complaint strategy Responsibility for the conception, communication, implementation, monitoring, and approval of IT tools within the customer complaint process Continuous improvement of existing and future complaint management tools and global rollout in close cooperation with regional business partners and IT Monitoring compliance of the defined global customer complaint process and co-responsibility for achieving process goals Planning and implementation of international projects and providing technical guidance to project team membersYour qualifications:
Successfully completed degree in business administration, process management, (IT)-Engineering, or equivalent qualification Experience with software tools and knowledge in the field of process management Affinity for working with IT tools, SAP experience advantageous Experience in the successful implementation of projects Very good German and fluent English language skills in both written and verbal communication Structured and reliable way of working Holistic thinking as well as good problem-solving abilities Good communication and presentation skills, high resilienceBei uns erwartet Sie:
