Mandatory internship in Human Resources Management in the Workforce Management team from September 2024

With just under , employees, we build the heart of our cars in six plants: high-quality and pioneering engines, transmissions and axles for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
Supporting these employees in all aspects of operational HR work is our daily challenge. Join us in this exciting time of technological change at the Powertrain plant in Untertürkheim and be part of our "Workforce Management" team.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
You will work in a team on administrative and organizational topics and take on individual tasks independently You will support the team in the procurement and management of flexible workers and will also be in contact with our specialist departments and personnel service providers You support the recruitment of personnel at the Untertürkheim site, e.g. vacation workers and employees from temporary employment agencies You check invoices as part of controlling and in coordination with temporary employment agencies You will be involved in HR projects and personnel measures and prepare documents and presentations for various HR topics You work on cross-team events and projects You prepare data as part of workforce management and illustrate this in presentations for various management levels You support the production centers in supporting the QuAP workforce planning application Qualifikationen You are studying in the field of business administration, economics, humanities and social sciences - ideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study You are confident with MS Office You are business fluent in German You are committed and a team player You have an analytical mindset and a strategic way of working You have an open mind and curiosity and are willing to contribute to the teamPlease note that your internship at this location must include a mandatory component.
