Aufgaben

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Einführung eines Rahmens für das Datenmanagement
- Animation der Datenverwaltung
- Definition einer Datenstrategie und von Prioritäten
- Extraktion, Modellierung und gemeinsame Nutzung von Datenbeständen
- Entwurf, Erstellung und Pflege von Analysefunktionen
- Überwachung und Förderung des erzielten Geschäftswerts
- Kartierung, Weiterbildung und Schulung von Datennutzern
- Management von Data Managern, Data Engineers und Data Analysts
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Datenfamilie (AXA-Partner und AXA-Gruppe)

Qualifikation

**Wir werden neugierig bei**:

- Deinem abgeschlossenen Master-Abschluss in Business Intelligence mit Fokus auf Big Data oder einer vergleichbaren Berufsausbildung.
- Über 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer produktiven BI-Umgebung, inklusive Expertise in Data-Warehousing-/Analyse-Projekten, vorzugsweise in großen, multikulturellen Organisationen.
- Deiner nachgewiesenen Führungserfahrung als Technical Leader von Datenteams von mindestens 2-3 Jahren.
- Deiner ausgeprägten Fähigkeit, Menschen zu vereinen und deine unerschöpfliche Energie, besonders in großen Projekten mit unternehmensweiten Auswirkungen.
- Fließenden Sprachkenntnissen in Englisch und Deutsch sowie internationaler Erfahrung.
- Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Versicherungs
- oder Bankensektor, jedoch kein Muss.
