Für einen Kunden in **Hannover** suchen wir derzeit einen

**Service Desk (m/w/d) 1st Level Support**

**Aufgabengebiet**:

- Störungsaufnahme, -analyse, -präzisierung und -behebung remote und am Kundenarbeitsplatz
- Ggf. Weiterleitung an nachfolgende Fachteams (2nd Level Support) entsprechend der vereinbarten Lösungsverantwortung
- Ausgabe, Installation, Modifikation, Umzug oder Deinstallation von Arbeitsplätzen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Service-Requests
- Die Wartung der Konferenz
- und Sitzungsräume
- Die Dokumentation der Tätigkeit im Ticketsystem

**Qualifikationen**:

- Erfahrung als Call-Agent bzw. im Backoffice
- Vor-Ort-Service an Kundenarbeitsplätzen
- Ticketing-Erfahrung
- Windows 7 / 10
- Microsoft Kenntnisse (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Internet Explorer)
- VMware Horizon Client
- Trend Micro Office Scan
- Cisco-Kenntnisse
- Nice to have: ITIL Foundation 2011 (0 - welche Schulungen wurden ggf. gemacht)
