**Job Summary**:
The Key Leader with focus on Visual Merchandising will work on all visual projects in our stores across Germany. You are responsible for delivering all seasonal strategies and product displays to the highest standard for creative excellence.You are an essential part of the store leadership team, impacting salesfloor team members and guest (i.e., customer) experience every day. Other responsibilities are leading by example and providing support to Educators, facilitating an outstanding guest experience in the store, and overseeing all operations of the retail floor.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

Leadership and People Management
- Support ongoing learning and development of team members by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance, and addressing performance concerns.
- Provide team members recognition, gap assessment, and overall performance documentation to support and reinforce career and personal growth.
- Develop, maintain, and disseminate product and general company knowledge through appropriate communication channels.
- Coach team members on product display, VM standards, execution of strategies and campaigns and business analysis.
- Communicate VM strategy and updates to the German region on weekly regional wide calls.

Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience
- Responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that company standards and VM excellence is consistently maintained.
- Proactively manage delivery of seasonal strategies, new VM concepts and campaign activations, through effective time management and planning, clean execution, and timely completion.
- Responsible for the preparation, installation and maintenance of all window campaigns and activations.
- Communicate VM strategies, initiatives, and trends to the store team through meetings and weekly walkthroughs.
- Ensure store team have read and received all relevant VM Modules and are consistently checking the EMEA VM Forum.
- Own the maintenance and organization of the store’s signage, mannequins, props and other VM fixtures.
- Responsible for ordering any additional signage, outside of quarterly signage deliveries.
- Support team members (e.g., leading by example or coaching) with ensuring a great guest experience that values guests’ time, including assessing guest needs, providing technical product education, and supporting in
- store transactions and omnichannel programs.
- Inform guests of local community programs. Plan and execute local, regional, and area driven Community projects and initiatives (e.g., local run club, international day of yoga).

Working with Others
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
- Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
- Provide SSC VM team with business analysis on new VM concepts, campaign activations and market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

Operations
- Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals and determine if adjustments are warranted.
- Open and close the store in accordance with the opening and closing checklists.
- Manage product presentation tasks (e.g., put items back in place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory, destock or relocate items) according to company standards.
- In collaboration with the Operations Manager, communicate new products, VM changes and out-of-stock items, with the store team.
- In collaboration with the Operations Manager, facilitate an efficient shipment processing system, in which merchandise is placed promptly on the floor to maximize sales.
- Ensure team uses in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
