Highsnobiety Visual Merchandising Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Showroom Consultant to join our team at Highsnobiety in Berlin, Germany. As a Showroom Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, adapting brand stories to the retail setting
- Drive sales by achieving targets and processing transactions efficiently
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards in visual displays
- Ensure all operational store policies and procedures are followed
- Collaborate with our events team to deliver engaging events for customers and sponsors
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commercial mindset and understanding of fashion trends and street culture
- Strong German language skills (C1 level)
