**Client Delivery Director - Industrial Buildings (m/w/d)**

Ihre Qualifikationen:

- Verantworten der Durchführung und des Wachstums eines Portfolios von Projekten/Programmen im Namen von Jacobs
- Gewährleisten des zeit
- und budgetgerechten Deliverys der Projekte im Einklang mit vereinbarten Spezifikationen
- Sicherstellen der Berücksichtigung von Risiken sowie Beraten über Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung/-beseitigung
- Fördern einer effektiven Projektabwicklung und Kundenzufriedenheit/-erfahrung sowie Aufbauen und Pflegen von Beziehungen im Bereich Delivery zur Wachstumsförderung durch operativen Sales
- Verantworten von Delivery Beziehungen zu Kunden, deren Projektportfolio auf dem Marktsektor Industrial Buildings ausgerichtet sind
- Sicherstellen des Managements von Key-Client
- und Stakeholder-Beziehungen beim Delivery, mit Blick auf strategische Beziehungen und künftigen Vermittlungen
- Verantworten der aktiven Weitergabe von Kundeninformationen und Erkenntnissen an das Growth Team
- Aufrechterhalten und Verbessern der strategischen Vermittlung von Dienstleistungen/Projekten zur Erzielung von vorteilhaften (Preis-)konditionen
- Gewährleisten der Umsetzung neuer Arbeitsweisen
- Sicherstellen des effizienten Einsatzes von Fähigkeiten zur Erfüllung der Business Plan Prioritäten und zur Maximierung der Gewinnmarge in Zusammenarbeit mit den Operations-Bereichen

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bau, Architektur oder Ingenieurswissenschaften mit kaufmännischer Zusatzqualifikation
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Langjährige Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Hochbau / Städtebau / Industriebau für Technologie sowohl in Deutschland als auch im Ausland
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten ab 100M€ oder Projektportfolios ab 250M€
- EPCM Erfahrung ist erforderlich, HOAI Erfahrung wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisetätigkeit ca. 50%
- Affinität für Sales sowie Seller-Doer Mentalität
