- Specialists gewandelt, der alle Disziplinen aus einer Hand anbietet: Strategie, Kreation, Technologie und Entwicklung. Die Agentur berät im Bereich individueller, personalisierter Kommunikation auf Owned-Touch Points und schafft durch kreatives Storytelling individuelle und inspirierende Inhalte - so werden unsere Kunden durch relevante Kommunikation aktiviert und emotional an die Marke gebunden.
Was dich bei uns erwartet:
- Client Service Management im Bereich digitaler Kommunikation/Automobilbereich intern sowie Vertretung der Agentur nach außen
- Kampagnen
- / Projektführung zudem strategische und operative Beratung der Kund:innen sowie internen Gewerken inkl. eigenständiger Planung, Koordination, Durchführung von Kampagnen als auch Projekten
- Aufbereitung der Briefings unserer Kund:innen und für die weiteren, internen Gewerke wie z.B. Kreation, Consulting, Plattform inklusive Kundenabstimmungen
- Verantwortung der Budget
- und Kapazitätsplanung (Planung, Controlling, Ausbau) plus zeitgleich den Gesamtüberblick der Projekte und Prozesse behalten
- Sparringpartner:in zwischen Kund:innen und internen Gewerken sowie Organisation und Strukturierung von Projekten und Kundenanliegen
Was wir von dir erwarten:
- Langjährige (mehr als 10 Jahre) relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich digitalem Marketing, gerne auch Erfahrung im Automobilbereich oder CRM-Bereich
- Kaufmännisches Mindset, langjährige Erfahrung als Account Director:in oder Client Service Director:in
- Kommunikationstalent und Teamplayer:in mit sehr gutem Gespür für digitales Dialog
- und Kundenbeziehungsmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten für konzeptionelles, analytisches sowie strategisch fundiertes, aber auch funktions-übergreifendes Arbeiten
- Leidenschaft für Projektmanagement (klassisch bis agil) mit umfangreichen Projektmanagement Skills und überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie hervorragende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
