**What We Expect**:

- ** Experience**:At least 3-4 years of CRM experience with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud over the past 2 years.
- ** Technical Expertise**:Proficient in SQL, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s data model. Skilled in front-end development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPScript.
- ** Automation Skills**:Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud SSJS for implementing automated marketing solutions is highly valued.
- ** Language Skills**:Fluency in English is mandatory; German proficiency is advantageous.
- ** Collaboration**:Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to deliver results.
