We are looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist with a focus on Demand Generation activities, located in the UK, LATAM, Spain and Germany.
Reporting to the VP International Marketing, the Marketing Programs Specialist is responsible for the delivery and execution of marketing programs that support lead generation and pipeline growth.

**PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver on regional marketing plans focused on new logo demand generation and upsell/cross-sell activities for EMEA.
- Deliver campaigns on time and on budget to targeted results; continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the marketing operations team to report on programs through the marketing and sales pipeline.
- Create, manage, and track marketing campaigns within tools such as Salesforce, Seismic and Marketo; adhere to all stated marketing operations processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing creative services team to develop and deliver marketing support materials such as mailings and landing pages to support demand generation activities.
- Leverage new tools and technologies to create landing pages for the assigned programs
- Work close with the DG team to localize campaigns and leverage for key markets
- Support localization of SEM, SEO and PPL efforts to modify for the different markets
- Lead marketing campaigns and projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Ability to communicate complex information to people of all levels: peers, subordinates, sales and leadership.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong process-oriented team player

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Marketing experience at least in the EMEA markets.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Webinar software such as Zoom, Salesforce and marketing automation software required. Seismic is a plus.
- Position requires the ability to travel on occasion and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

This role will be remote with regular meetings with the VP of International Marketing.
