Du willst den Markt für HomeServices nachhaltig verändern und hast Lust auf neue Herausforderungen? Dabei brennst du darauf Neues auszuprobieren um stetig zu wachsen?

Als Managing Director Europe (all genders) führst du unsere strategischen Initiativen aus verschiedenen Märkten (Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien, Schweiz etc.) zusammen, förderst das Alignment untereinander und bringst so unseren Unternehmenserfolg weiter voran

**Konkret bedeutet das**:

- Du definierst gemeinsam mit dem Management Team die Vision von Helpling auf dem europäischen Markt und setzt sie mit deinen Teams aus Country Manager: innen in lokale Strategien um.
- Du bist für die P&L von Helpling in Europa verantwortlich und arbeitest mit deinen Teams an ihrer profitablen Wachstumsstrategie.
- Du unterstützt deine Teams bei der Definition und Verbesserung ihres Service Levels und stellst sicher, dass Best Practices kommuniziert und geteilt werden.
- Du kommunizierst die Strategien firmenintern, um die Zusammenarbeit der entsprechenden Stakeholder zu sichern und reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten.
- Du bist vernetzt, schließt Kooperationen zu möglichen Partner Unternehmen und vertrittst uns auch in der Öffentlichkeit (Panels, Presseanfragen etc.).
- Du arbeitest mit allen HQ Funktionen eng zusammen.
- Du bist ein Mentor für deine Direct Reports und stellst sicher, dass sich deine Teams entwickeln und ihre Ziele erreichen.

WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Du hast einen starken Wachstumsfokus und Spaß am Testen und Gestalten neuer Produkte.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position und bringst Erfahrung aus Startup, Company Builder oder einem ähnlich agilen Umfeld mit.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung größerer Teams und weißt, was Leadership bedeutet, die Mitarbeiter motiviert und entwickelt.
- Du arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert, bist hands-on und kannst deine Aufgaben effizient priorisieren, Erfahrung mit OKRs ist ein Plus.
- Du verfügst über eine Getting Things Done Attitude, hast ein hohes Energielevel und Lust uns auch öffentlich (Pressetermine, Panels etc.) zu vertreten.
- Exzellente Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
