We are looking for a **Director of Talent Development, Europe **(all genders)** to join the Europe **People team** **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The role of Director Talent Development will drive the performance and growth landscape for our Europe region, in the context of creating and shaping ONE Europe culture.
The key objective of the role is to build and implement a talent strategy that will ensure we continue to develop and retain exceptional talent for across all Europe entities. The role is strategically positioned as the liaison between the Delivery Hero HQ talent & culture CoE, and local teams (9 countries across Central Europe, Scandinavia and Turkey) - on one hand driving the implementation of global talent processes and programs consistent for all DH Entities, on the other providing expertise and support in various talent topics to local People Leads.
The role reports to the Chief People & Culture Officer of Delivery Hero Europe.

**Your mission**:
- Defines (in close collaboration with CPCO and key executives) a talent strategy aligned with business strategy and the integrated ONE Europe culture
- Builds strong relationships with local and central stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for regional initiatives
- Collaborates with People & Culture Leaders, business leaders, and other stakeholders to design specific programs and initiatives that bring talent strategy to life. Ensures that programs are tailored to meet unique needs and challenges of the region, and that they can be further customized and delivered by local teams
- Facilitates talent sharing efforts across the region to fill critical roles and create talent development opportunities
- Partners with People & Culture Leaders and Business Leaders locally to ensure a holistic executive talent review and succession planning approach
- Drives bi-annual performance management process (goal setting, feedback, reviews, calibrations), ensuring consistent and effective implementation across the Region. Works closely with local People Partners to steer our performance management cycles on the local level
- Works closely with other COEs in the region (e.g. Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to ensure all talent initiatives are connected and contribute to integrated end-user experience
- Measures and analyzes the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives and makes recommendations for improvement
- Partners with People Leads and Business Leaders to determine what learning interventions would be priority for the region. Implements (in close collaboration with local People Leads) a Regional learning strategy, engaging with internal and external training providers and coaches
**Your heroic skills**:
- At least 8 years in similar roles - preferably startup, tech and/or consulting industry
- Track record developing performance management initiatives, succession planning frameworks, leadership development and similar
- Passion for people and culture
- Excellent change management skills
- Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities combined with demonstrated ability to influence
- Innovative and creative problem solving and decision making
- Relentless growth mindset
- Vendor management skills
- Facilitation skills
- Management consulting experience in talent and organization related disciplines a plus
