Sie betreuen als Teammitglied die Praxisgruppe TMT/ Intellectual Property Litigation in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören hierbei unter anderem** **die Überwachung und Bearbeitung der laufenden Vorgänge inklusive der Mandatsverwaltung in MS-Office und DATEV, die Erfassung und Kontrolle aller relevanten Termine und Fristen, die Führung und Verwaltung der Wiedervorlagen, die Mandantenbetreuung einschließlich Terminplanung und -koordination, sowie die selbständige Erstellung von Auslagen.

Sie haben eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit, sind innovativ, flexibel und belastbar. Sie sind kommunikativ, zuverlässig, sorgfältig und freuen sich auf herausfordernde Aufgaben. Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über:

- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten und/oder Weiterbildung zur/zum Rechtsfachwirt/in
- erste Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld bzw. Kanzleierfahrung
- verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in englischer Sprache
- Eigeninitiative, organisatorisches Talent sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
