**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Are you a technology enthusiast with a strong background in HR Business Partnering looking to make your next move into a “Head of” role leading a global team?
We are FRAMOS, an international product driven B2B technology company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for a Head of People to join our team to achieve our strategic goals and grow our organization further.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer based also in Munich, you will work closely with the leadership team. Your team currently consists of specialists in the area of Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Partnering, Workplace Management and Employer Branding.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be maintaining, reviewing and adapting all people lifecycle processes (including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Learning and Development, Operations, People Partnering and Workplace management) in all our entities (currently Croatia -100 employees, Germany -50 employees and Canada -40 employees plus our smaller countries: USA, UK, Italy and EOR providers - currently Luxemburg, Japan, Austria and Portugal)
- You will be reporting the most relevant People KPIs
- You will be planning and owning the global People budget
- You will be the disciplinary leader of the People team, currently 3 direct and a total of 7 employees based in Germany, Croatia and Canada
- You will be monitoring and independently processing labour legal and compliance topics such as terminations, GDPR and more
- You will be leading the ongoing digitalization of People processes
- You will lead People Experience concepts and initiatives from concept to realisation: New Work topics (remote and in our offices), staff events and initiatives, internal communication about people topics, benefits and change management
The role is based in our office in Munich Taufkirchen. We work in a “hybrid” model, so you can also work from home. There may be very occasional business travel (mainly Croatia and Canada).
**YOUR PROFILE**:
As our Head of People, you live and breathe our company core values in all of your activities and drive them through your team. Besides being an excellent communicator and agile mind,
- You have gained several years of experience in HR Business Partnering and other relevant areas of a People department (ideally talent acquisition) at team lead level
- You have expertise in employment legislation, policies and procedures ideally in Germany and at least one other country, Northern American experience is a plus
- You have worked in B2B environments, ideally in a technology space
- You have a good understanding of project management, budget responsibilities and developing and implementing people strategies
- You have strong leadership skills and are a strategic thinker who is not afraid making difficult decisions
- You have coaching and communication skills of all hierarchy levels
- You are innovative, not too process driven, and are able to take calculated risks
- You have experience with HR software ideally Personio and a strong passion for technology in general
- You have fluent English and German
